Hospital Management Programme for Baxter Managers A three-day Mandarin customized program on hospital management for Baxter managers from China was held from 1 – 3 April 2009 at the NUS Business School campus. The Office of Executive Education welcomed 32 participants, which was made up of hospital managers from Shandong Province and Tianjin City. Over the three days, the program covered topics on health service, quality management and process re-engineering, culture management, and risk management, as well as general leadership and management topics. The program also included a visit to Changi General Hospital. This is the fourth year that Baxter is running the program with the Office of Executive Education for its managers from all over China.
