NUS Businesss School Partners Alcatel-Lucent in Leadership Program for High Potentials       The Alcatel-Lucent STRETCH Programs are part of the Alcatel-Lucent Leadership Development Program where high potentials from the Asia-Pacific region are selected to undergo a program to prepare them for their future roles within the organization.   NUS Business School’s Office of Executive Education is currently the training partner for two segments in the STRETCH Programme, covering critical modules such as the six-day Coaching and Negotiations module and the four-day Finance & Marketing module.   From the beginning of this year to end of 2010, NUS Business School would have trained more than 300 of Alcatel-Lucent’s staff in cities such as Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Bangalore, Mumbai, New Delhi, Sydney and Melbourne.
