NUS Business School Conducts Sime Darby Middle Management Development Program
The Office of Executive Education conducted the Sime Darby Middle Management Development Program from 23 – 27 March 2009 on campus.
The Sime Darby Middle Management Development Program was developed to prepare the participants for future career advancements within the Sime Darby group. The program focuses on enhancing management and operational skills in meeting organizational goals.
The NUS Business School’s Office of Executive Education is one of the strategic partners for the Middle Management Development Program and the only overseas training provider. It covers the module on Strategic Operational Management. The five-day programme covers Strategic Alliances, Corporate Intrapreneurship, Supply Chain and Total Value Proposition, with company visits to Olam International, SIA Cargo and CAAS.
