The Tool for Executing Strategy: the use of the BSC
|
We will introduce the fundamental knowledge and concepts embodied in the Balanced Scorecard system and show how the BSC addresses the strategic management issues faced by SMEs.
We will discuss the adoption, creation and implementation of the BSC system within an SME. |
| Building the Strategy Execution Tool |
A hands-on BSC design case which participants will work on. This is to facilitate a better understanding and appreciation of the fundamental knowledge involved in the design of BSCs, as covered in the earlier sessions. |
